摘    要:选拔任用什么样的人,用什么的观念选人用人,这不仅是一个人才标准和具体工作的问题,而是关系到坚持正确的用人导向问题。选拔任用干部要以坚持“德才兼备”为原则,以选贤任能为立足点,着眼于适应我国经济社会发展要求,从政治、知识,能力、权力观人格素质等方面去把握。用新的观念、新的视角、新的高度,赋予符合时代发展选拔任用干部新的理念内涵。

Abstract:the selection and appointment of cadres is not simply an issue concerning the criteria for personnel and for specific work but an issue related to the correct appointment of cadres.When selecting and appointing cadres we should follow the principle,that is,the candidate should be desirable ideologically and intellectually and we should select and appoint people according to their abilities and political integrity.They should meet the needs of the economic development of the country,and be evaluated with regard to their knowledge,abilities,personality and political integrity etc.Therefore,when selecting and appointing cadres,we should rely on new criteria in terms of political and intellectual level,competence,right,and personality,and on a new concept,new angle of view,and new level.
