| 摘 要： | 将基于战略联盟的“银行再造”理论应用于城市商业银行的经营和管理中,从定价策略、业务外包、整合业务流程、业务流程多样化、单点接触客户服务系统和中心辐射组织架构六个方面对城市商业银行进行重新设计,建立一种基于知识的金融战略动态联盟。战略联盟通过多方联合的方式形成更大的合作优势,形成规模效益,从而突破城市商业银行的发展空间瓶颈限制,这是城市商业银行发展的关键。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the theory of reengineering the bank based on strategic alliance into the operations of the commercial bank of city. The method and structure of work process of the commercial bank of city will be rebuilt, which contains pricing strategic, business process outsourcing, business process combination, business process diversity,manager system, business process center. A financial strategic dynamic alliance based on knowledge will be founded. Through joint way form healy cooperative advantage and scale merit in many ways strategic allianle. The commercial bank of city will break through the restriction of space of development. This is the key which the city develops. |
