| 摘 要： | 高校学生辅导员队伍建设是与高等教育的发展同步的,其角色定位和所起的作用从单一走向多元。文章分析了作为教师队伍重要组成部分的高校学生辅导员角色定位的历史演变,并结合高校辅导员职业化建设的现状,指出辅导员队伍建设应当走专业化、职业化、专家化的发展道路。

| Abstract: | The staff construction of college student counselor is in accordance with the development of high education.The role orientation and function change from being unitary to multiple.This paper makes an analysis of the historical change of the role orientation of college student counselor and points out that the staff construction should be specialized,professionalized and then reach to expert level according to the current status of the professional construction of college student counselor. |
