| Abstract: | Democratic centralism is a fundamental system of organization and decision-ma king system at colleges and universities. Strengthening democratic centralism co nstruction at colleg es and universities in new era is the demand of development of socialist market economy and the need of colleges and universities' construction and development. To strengthen democratic centralism construction at colleges and universities, establishing and perfecting effective system and improving supervision and restr iction are the key points, and strengthening leading group's construction and en hancing its member's quality are the most important. |
