| 摘 要： | 在社会生产、分配、交换、消费这四个再生产环节中,生产是起点,消费是生产的终极目标.一方面,消费在很大程度上受生产的制约,另一方面,消费又可以创造出新的需求,从而引导生产者的行为.因此,当前,要启动居民的消费需求,必须不断改善需求结构,创造新的需求,从而刺激生产的不断增长.

| Abstract: | Within four reproduction links, social production, distribution, exchange and consumption, production is the starting point, and consumption is the ultimate aim. One the one hard, consumption is restricted by production to a great extent, on the other hand, consumption can create new demands so as to lead the act of producers. So, at present, to arouse people's consumption demands must improve the demand patterns and create new requirement. |
