| 摘 要： | 逐步提高机关事业单位福利水平 ,关系到我国经济体制改革和政治体制改革的大局 ,有重要的理论意义和实践意义 ,而目前我国机关事业单位福利制度严重背离经济社会发展实际 ,不利于进一步深化机关事业单位人事制度改革 ,为此 ,要联系我国改革开放的实际 ,采取有效措施 ,逐步提高机关事业单位福利水平。

| Abstract: | Concerning with the success of the reform of economic and politics system, it features important theoretical and practical meaning that improving the standard of welfare of institutions in our country step by step. But at present the system of welfare deviates from the reality of the development of economy and society seriously, and it is not favorable to deepen the reformation of the personnel regulations. So we should take effective measures and improve the standard of welfare of institutions according to the reforming and opening reality in our country. |
