突出应用性 强化工程管理专业人才竞争优势

摘 要]本文以深刻剖析高校工程管理专业现有教学模式中的不足为前提,以培养学生实践动手能力为核心要素,以CDIO工程教育模式为指导,提出“一条主线,两个重点,三个面对”的教学改革方案,积极推进我校工程管理专业人才实用性,增强其社会竞争力的教改进程。

Highlighting the applicability in order to strengthen the competitive advantage of project management professionals

Through analyzing the deficiencies in the existing teaching mode of project management professional, this paper puts forward the teaching reform program of "one thread, two emphases, three confrontations", which cultivates the students' practical ability as a core element under the guidance of CDIO engineering education model. The purpose is to promote the reform process in the university, and enhance project management professionals' practicality and social competitiveness.
