| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育体制的改革，山西高校校园文化建设面临着新的挑战和机遇。加强山西高校校园文化建设具有重要的意义，本文在分析山西高校校园文化建设存在的问题基础上提出对策：校园文化建设应该在明确办学理念的基础上与地方文化相结合，重视教师文化的主导作用，完善校园制度文化建设。

| Abstract: | With the system reformation of higher education, the construction of campus culture in Shanxi is faced with new challenge and opportunity. It is very important for universities in Shanxi province to strengthen the construction of campus culture. We propose the countermeasure based on analyzing the problems in the construction of campus culture in Shanxi province. The construction of campus culture should be combined with local culture based on clearing the academic idea, and value the predominant function of teacher culture, perfect the construction of system culture. |
