| 摘 要： | 陶行知创办育才学校的根本宗旨在于人的自由发展,人的主体重建。这份宝贵遗产为现代教育改革提供了宝贵的资源。在当代知识经济社会,个人的需要、兴趣、价值、尊严、人的发展特性等更应得到充分的尊重,所以现代教育必须以人为本。尊重学生,给学生时间、空间、主权和实践的机会,使学生学习的主体性得到更充分的发挥。
