| Abstract: | The culture of Lingnan(the South of the Five Ridges region)witnessed its dynamic development first in the ancient Guangxin County during the Han Dynasty. Guangxin, as the location of the Jiaozhou Prefecture and Cangwu County, once became the economic, political, cultural and educational center of the South of the Five Ridges region because of its superior geographical position, and whereby the first generation of cultural celebrities emerged. |
