| 摘 要： | 高校实行教育职员制是加强管理队伍建设的要求,是适应高等教育大众化和国际化的需要,对推动高校人事制度和分配制度改革具有重要意义。实施高校教育职员制度改革,应统一思想、制定《教育职员法》、建立合理的职级体系、加强考核制度建设,此外,还要完善社会保障制度。
