摘    要:赏识教育是以尊重、信任、宽容、激励学生为原则,以尊重个性、鼓励学生健康成长为目的的一种具有活力的教育方法和思想体系。在分析影响赏识教育实施因素的基础上,提出有效实施的积极对策,更好地发挥赏识教育在成功教育中的作用,以期体现教育人性化的特征,进而提高教育质量。

Abstract:Appreciation education is a dynamic educational method and ideology. Its" principle is to respect, trust, tolerate, motivate students and its" purpose is to respect the personality, to encourage students to healthy grow. In order to play a role of appreciation education in the successful education, this article first analyzes influencing factors of implementing appreciation education. And then, according to these influencing factors, we put forward countermeasures. Through the above discussion, we hope to embody the characteristics of humanistic education and improve the quality of education.
