| 摘 要： | 不同时代为人的个性发展提供了不同的自然条件和社会条件,其中包括生产力发展,生产关系的和谐及文化的塑造引导;它也对人的个性发展提出了不同程度和不同角度的挑战。以知识经济,全球化,人与自然和谐为特征的当今社会对人的个性发展提出了那些挑战?又为这些挑战做出了哪些积淀?从这两方面来分析。

| Abstract: | Personality Development has different natural and social conditions in defferent eraes.They include productivity growth,relationship of production harmony and the mold of culture.At the same time,there are multifarious challenges aiming at Persinality Development.Nowadays,what challenges are there in the society that have the character of knowledge economy,globalization and the harmony between human and nature,and what strategies are prepared for meeting the challenges.The article analyses the two sides chiefly. |
