我国大学教育模式的局限及其创新重构

大学教育模式是提高大学教育质量的关键性问题，文章以系统分析“模式”为基础，从教育模式目标、功能、培养方式和操作规程等四个层面提出了对“大学教育模式”进行界定的基本框架，客观地描述了大学传统教育模式存在的主要问题，并针对大学教育模式的创新提出了系统设计、建立学习型组织、优化大学文化、让学生做模式主人和改变学生心智模式等有效措施。

The Limitation And the Innovation Reconstruction of Our Country's University Education Pattern

The university education pattern is crucial to improve the university education quality.This article puts forward basic frame of the university education pattern from the education pattern goal,the function,the planting way and the operation rule and so on,on the basis of system analysis.It describes main problems of the university traditional education pattern objectively,and brings forward the effective measure of the system design,such as establishing the study organization,optimizing the university culture,making the student as the pattern master and changing the student mental pattern.
