发达国家女性社会保障及对中国的启示

发达国家经过长期探索，在完善女性社会保障体系方面取得了巨大的成就，但是也不可避免地存在不足。文章在借鉴发达国家经验教训的基础上，为改革和发展中国女性社会保障体系提出了相应的对策建议，指出高度重视妇女的生存现状，提高她们的生活水平，改善她们的生存环境，已经成为摆在党和政府面前的一项重要任务。

Women's Social Security of the Developed Country and Its Enlightenment to China

After a long exploration, the developed countries have made tremendous achievements in improving women＇ s social security system. But there are some weaknesses inevitably. Drawing on lessons and experience of developed countries, this paper suggests some countermeasures and suggestions to the reform of the Chinese women social security system. It has become an important task of the party and the government to attach great importance to the living situation of women, to improve their living standard and improve their living environment.
