| Abstract: | The difficulty in financing is a major problem in the development of small and medium sized enterprises in Zhanjiang - a problem caused by the management and operation of the enterprises, banks and capital markets. To solve the problem, we need to initiate effective financial-aid policies, to reform the financial system, and to use and improve the operation of the capital market so as to promote the development of small and medium sized enterprises. |
