| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的到来对人才培养提出了崭新的要求。在高等教育教学中，如何加强创新教育，培养学生的创新能力，是当今高等教育发展问题中的重中之重。反思高等教育现状，检视其在培养学生创新能力方面的弊病并在此基础上，研究如何运用反思性策略来培养学生的创新能力。
