基于投入产出分析的中国对外贸易中隐含碳排放变化研究

随着全球经济一体化和贸易自由化进程的加快,国际贸易已成为导致温室气体排放增加的重要原因之一。中国对外贸易发展迅速,但由于巨大的贸易顺差而替进口国排放了大量的二氧化碳,导致碳泄漏的发生。本文基于投入产出模型,对2002年和2007年中国对外贸易中的隐含碳排放问题进行研究,分别核算国家及部门层面的贸易隐含碳排放情况,分析进出口排放较多的重点部门,探讨由对外贸易引起的碳排放责任的归属,最后为得到更加合理的减排方案及相关政策提供参考意见。

Study on the Evolvement of Embodied Carbon Emissions in China’s International Trade Based on Input-output Model

With the speedup of economic globalization and trade liberalization,international trade has become one of the most important causes for the increased greenhouse gas emissions.In recent years,China’s international trade has developed quickly and thus leads to a lot of carbon dioxide emissions for other importing countries because of the enormous trade surplus which causes the occurrence of carbon leakage.By using the input-output model,this paper accounts the carbon emissions embodied in China’s international trade,analyzes the key sectors which produced large number of carbon emissions in 2002 and 2007 and discusses the nation’s responsibilities.Based on the above empirical analysis,some proposals are put forward.
