企业如何实施开放式创新:组织变革的视角

开放式创新已成为企业家和学者关注的焦点。然而,对于中国企业如何实施开放式创新研究较少。基于开放式创新最新研究成果,对中控集团开放式创新实施过程进行了纵向剖析。研究表明,开放式创新实施首先开始于组织结构调整和一定的组织制度保障;实施过程往往结合试点项目进行;企业外部网络建设充分借助了公司高层和内部员工个人社会网络;尤其值得注意的是,在中国情境下,政府在开放式创新实施过程中发挥了重要作用,对企业科研体系调整和外部网络建设至关重要。中国企业应充分协调市场和政府两种力量,从而顺利实施开放式创新战略。

How Firms Implement Open Innovation:From the Perspective of Organizational Change

Open innovation has become a hot topic for entrepreneurs and academics.However,research on how to transform from closed to open innovation for Chinese firms is rare.Based on the latest theoretical results about open innovation,this paper conducts a longitudinal study for SUPCON to explore the transformation process along which management tools change.The result indicates that firstly open innovation begins with the transformation of organizational structure and institution;secondly the transformation process always starts with pilot project;then the establishment of organization’s outside network is helped by the social network of top management and common company personnel;and finally and also especially,the government plays an important role in the transformation process both for R&D system adjustment and network construction.Therefore,both the market and government forces should be properly coordinated simultaneously for domestic firms to implement open innovation.
