建构工具理性与价值理性契合的公共文化服务评估体系

公共文化服务评估是落实政府及公共文化部门责任并改进管理、提高效能的行之有效工具,也是构建国家公共文化服务体系的重要环节,但现存公共文化服务评估体系却普遍存在工具理性张扬与价值理性迷失的问题,解决这一矛盾的途径是建构工具理性与价值理性契合的公共文化服务评估体系,以更好促进国家公共文化服务体系良性运作。

Public cultural service evaluation system is an effective means to implement the duties of government and its public cultural departments,improve their management and increase their efficiency.It is also an important step to construct national public cultural service.However,the current public cultural service evaluation system has the problem of expanding instrumental rationality and losing value rationality.The way to solve this problem is to construct the public cultural service evaluation system of instrumental rationality and value rationality so as to promote the beneficial operation of national public cultural service system.
