| 摘 要： | 在激烈的市场竞争环境下,产品开发能力已成为衡量企业核心竞争力的不可或缺的重要指标,而提高产品开发能力的有效途径就是集成创新。在总结国内外有关产品开发和集成创新的研究成果的基础上,面向产品开发的集成创新运作模型,并对模型中集成创新战略选择和集成工具设计进行创新。
