| 摘 要： | 上市公司是我国经济运行中最具发展优势的群体,实现上市公司可持续发展是夯实资本市场基础、促进资本市场健康稳定发展的根本.文章筛选出123家可持续发展能力不足和11家具有较强可持续发展能力的两类上市公司,对影响上市公司可持续发展的因素进行了分析和归纳.

| Abstract: | Listed companies are among those groups that are of great potential to develop faster in China's economic performance.To achieve sustainable development a solid foundation of capital markets is needed and to promote the healthy and stable development of capital markets is also a must.This article selects two different categories of listed companies: 123 companies with inadequate capacity for sustainable development and 11 with strong capacity for sustainable development ies,analyzes and summarizes the factors that impose some impact on the sustainable development those listed companies. |
