| 摘 要： | 始建于1895年的北洋大学,在我国高等教育史上占有重要地位.伴随着天津城市建设的发展,北洋大学充分发挥自身的学科优势,积极参与发展城市的公共卫生事业,培养了大量卫生工程人才,并且筹设医学院及附属医院.在参与市政建设的过程中,北洋大学自身也得到了良好的发展,为实现大学与城市的共同发展,提供了宝贵的历史经验.

| Abstract: | Pei Yang University in the Republican period of China is prominent in the country.Pei Yang University participated in Tianjin's public health enterprise positively.In the course of urban construction,Pei Yang University trained many talented persons on public health engineering,and established medical schools and affiliated hospitals.During the participation in the construction of the city,Pei Yang University itself developed better.This interaction provided precious historical experience. |
