| 摘 要： | 刘易斯的二元经济理论、托达罗的乡城人口流动模型和三部门理论对解释中国非正规就业现象有一定的借鉴意义,但却无法解释正规部门的非正规就业和主动的非正规就业问题.为弥补以上缺陷,本文借鉴“三元劳动力市场”理论解释非正规就业产生的原因.在此基础上,从经济学角度分析主动型和被动型非正规就业的差异.

| Abstract: | Lewis' dual economy,Todaro Model and Three-sector Model could not explain informal employment in formal sectors and passive informal employment.To compensate for this,the paper refers to the three-tiered labor market theory to explain the causes of informal employment.On this basis,active and passive types of informal employment are discussed from an economic point of view. |
