| 摘 要： | 出于改善商业银行资产质量和缓解国有企业债务负担的目的 ,从 1 999年开始 ,国家对部分国有企业进行了债转股的改革。论文从相关主体的角度 ,分析了国有企业债转股过程中存在的诸多风险 ,提出了规避这些风险的各项举措 ,并对债转股过程中应注意的一些问题做了探讨。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of improving the asset quality in the commercial banks and alleviating the debt burden in the state owned enterprises, the country has been reforming parts of the state owned enterprises that transferred from debt to equity since 1999 From the related entities, the paper analyzes such lots of risks during equity from debt, and put forward appropriate measures avoided risks, some problems noticed in the process of equity from debt have been subsequently probed |
