摘    要:张栻根据人性本善、不善是后天形成的,并通过学习可以复善的原理,系统地阐述了其教育思想。他提出“传道济民”的教育宗旨,以儒家经典和天下万事万物作为学习的主要内容,采取了灵活多样、丰富多彩的教学方法,极大地激发了学生的兴趣和热情,培养了学生的独立性和创造性,为个体科研能力和实际能力的培养打下了坚实的基础。张栻的教育思想为今天教学实践和教育改革提供了许多宝贵的经验和深刻的启示。

Abstract:Zhangchi believed that the human nature is good, and the bad formed in the course of the human growing up. It's study that change the bad into good. Accordingly, he expounded his educational thoughts systematically. Zhangchi advanced educational purpose of propagating Confucianist doctrines and using for the society. He took many educational methods, which aroused the students' interest and enthusiasm to the greatest extent, and trained the students' independence and creativity. Zhangchi's educational thoughts provided many valuable experience and deep enlightenment to the present teaching practice and reforming educational system.
