| 摘 要： | 注重社会和谐发展及其对执政党的相关能力要求,是中国共产党执政的重要指导思想和深层理念之一.随着改革开放和现代化事业的深入发展及其所带来的社会深刻变化,如何协调社会利益,整合社会关系,维护社会稳定,尽可能地扩大执政的群众基础,构建社会主义和谐社会,是执政的中国共产党必须加以解决的重大现实课题.

| Abstract: | Emphasizing the harmonious development of the society and the request for ruling party's relevant ability has always been one of the most important guiding ideologies and core ideas for the Communist Party of China.As the development of reform,openness and modernization goes deeper,it brought many profound changes to the society.How to coordinate social benefits,integrate social relationship,maintain social stability,enlarge ruling basement and construct a socialist harmonious society have become major problems that have to be resolved for the ruling communist party of China. |
