高校管理中"博士官"现象的哲学思考

摘    要:鉴于中国高教发展的大众化、国际化趋势,高校须坚持专家、学者治校的办学理念."博士官"的大量出现,既是社会、高校发展的客观要求,也是博士们实现自我价值的一种方式.然而,对于"博士官"现象高校内部见仁见智.文章认为这些评价有合理之处,但大多是传统体系积弊造成的.高校"博士官"选拔的关键在于岗位的合适度和机制的逐步规范化,以及高校在办学理念、主体所属、价值观等方面的正确定位.

Abstract:There are popular, internationalized trends that universities develop, university insist and the scholar cure of the theory of running a school of the school expert. To appear in a large amount" doctor officer"is the objective requirement for university development,and it is as kind of way to realize the self-value of in China are that doctors too. However,different people in universities have different views on this phenomenon" doctor officer".The merits and demerits are caused by the long-standing history. We can say university lies in the suitable gradual standardizations of mechanisms of post by the" doctor officer", And university in their run of a school theory, subject, values, etc.should have the defining location of the respect.
