论文化冲突与女性犯罪

文化冲突导致犯罪 ,是当代犯罪学中一个著名的理论。随着我国社会体制的转型 ,女性犯罪日趋增加。其中转型带来的文化冲突是女性犯罪增长的一个重要原因。这种文化冲突具体表现在 :性别角色社会化冲突 ,婚姻价值观念的冲突 ,性心理、性意识的冲突。因此 ,要减少和遏制犯罪 ,应进行正确舆论导向 ,树立主流文化意识。

On Cultural Conflicts and Female's Committing Crimes

The cultural conflicts leading to commit crimes is a famous theory on crimes.With the tramsforming of social system,the number of committing crimes for female is becoming increasingly more and more.The transformation of social system is one of the most important causes for committing crimes of fermale.This cultural conflict concretely is shown in social contradition of sexual characters,struggle for value's concept of marriage,conflict of sexual psychology and ideology.Therefore,in order to decrease and hold back committnig crime,we should have a correct guidance of public opinion and set up the essential direction of cultural ideology.
