| 摘 要： | 知识整合是企业提升集成创新能力的动力源泉，关于集成创新中知识整合的流程和机理的研究还处于起步阶段。通过分析集成创新中的知识特点，即复杂性、分散性、内隐性和黏滞性，阐述了知识整合在集成创新中的角色，并构建了集成创新中知识整合的四阶段模型，该模型对有效地利用知识整合提升创新能力有着重要的推动作用。根据集成创新中知识的特性以及知识整合的过程，提出了集成创新中知识整合应遵循动态优化原理、自组织原理、黏性削弱原理和择优去冗原理。

| Abstract: | Knowledge Integration is the dynamic source of integrative innovation capability. The research on knowledge integration in integrative innovation is in the primary stage. This paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge in integrative innovation such as systemic, dispersive, tacit and sticky and the role of knowledge integration within integrative innovation. This paper constructs the knowledge Integration model with four stages which can promotes innovative capability effectively. This paper also presents dynamic optimism principle, adaptive principle, stick reducing principle and preferential absorption principle to give a guidance to improve knowledge integration capability within integrative innovation. |
