| 摘 要： | 辅导员老师是否快乐、幸福、乐观，影响着教育的效果。辅导员在自身的职业活动中是否感到幸福，是高校教育和高校辅导员队伍建设的重要问题。辅导员幸福应具有以下内涵：个人生命价值的追求与体验，职业使命的必然，以人为本教育的内在要求。辅导员的幸福，可以通过创造环境和不断的学习、练习去获取。
