摘    要:韩国的文化转型以其社会经济转轨、制度创新的形式,实现了物质文化、精神文化、制度文化的总体性变革,从而体现韩国社会的现代化过程。在对传统儒教价值观的改造与发展中,韩国寻找到了一条在儒教文化的基础上发展资本主义的新的路径。在文化转型的过程中,韩国企业价值观也出现了明显的嬗变,集中表现在由群体本位向个体本位的价值观转向;由权威主义向人本主义的价值观转向;由重义轻利向义利兼顾的价值观转向等几个方面,并在此基础上形成了有韩国特色的企业文化体系。

Abstract:Korea realizes its material culture reform, ideological and ethnical culture reform and system culture reform through culture transition formed from social economic transition and system innovation. This transition progress represents the Korean modernization. Korean finds a new path to develop capitalism on the basis of Confucianism by means of reform and development of traditional Confucianism. During the transition, obvious evolvement occur on the Korean corporate values, focusing on the change from authoritarianism to humanism; from colony-oriented to individual-oriented; from emphasizing on ethics and despising interest to emphasis on ethics and interest equally. Corporate culture system with Korean characteristic took shape.
