论明王朝对蒙古族的政策

明王朝的建立重新确立了以汉民族为中心的统治格局 ,在大汉族主义民族观的支配下 ,洪武、永乐时期对退入漠北的蒙古族北元势力进行了军事打击的政策 ,“土木之变”则标志着这种战争政策的失败。明代后期在明蒙边境开设马市 ,允许少数民族进行贡赐贸易 ,是以经济形式发展民族关系 ;对蒙古族统治者进行分封 ,施行怀柔与笼络的政治手段则是军事政策失败的必然结果 ,也是对传统的民族羁縻、怀柔政策的继承。其总的目的仍然体现出防御、限制的政策倾向。这种政策倾向的直接结果就是削弱了历史上形成的蒙古族和汉民族之间的政治、经济、文化联系。

The Policy That the Ming Dynasty Treated the Mongolia Nationality

The found of Ming Dynasty recreated the rule,which the Han people as center,under the control of Big Han nationalism,During the Hongwu and Yongle period,the government treated the Mongolia with the military attack,but it got the failare in the batter near the Tumubao Castve,which showed the failure of the military policy.In the end of the ming Dynasty,the government set up horse market giving and receiving in business,they developed the national relationship by economic situation,to control the ruler of Mongolia.It was result of the military policy failure that carried out political scheme of the conciliatary policy and roping in policy.Also,it inherited the traditional national conciliatory policy and roping in policy.Its total aim still showed the tendency of the policy which was used to defend and restrict the national minority,The direct result of this kind of tendency in policy weakened the connection of the politics,economy and culture between Monyolia and Han,it has taken shape in history.
