流入人口社会融入感的结构与影响因素分析——基于吉林省的调查数据

社会融入感是流动人口社会融入的核心问题之一,文章关注了吉林省流入人口融入感的结构与影响因素。研究认为,社会融入感是流入者基于自身的融入意愿,根据融入过程中的客观体验,而获得的对自身融入状况的全面感受。它包括主观融入意愿、客观融入体验和深化融入决策等三个层次。从宏观制度设置与个体行动参与两个方面探索社会融入感的影响因素,一方面,能否拥有居住证或暂住证、是否享有职工医疗保险、子女本地就学及赞助费缴纳情况、工作的时间与强度安排等制度因素影响着流入者的融入感知;另一方面,个体的社会参与行动、人际交往行动和回归性行动也会影响社会融入感。

The Structure and Factors of Social Integration Feelings of the Floating Population

The social integration feelings are one of the core issues of social inclusion of the floating population.This article focused on the structure and impact factors of international feels about floating population in Jilin Province.Social integration feeling is a composite perception of the floating population basing on their integration willingness and experience and their deiced of deepening integration.It includes three levels: wish,experience and the decision-making.Then,we exported two factors of the impact of social integration feeling: macro-institutional setting and individual actions.On the one hand,whether having a residence permit/temporary residence permit,enjoying medical insurance for workers,allowed their children attending school without a sponsorship fee and experiencing rational working intensity have an effect on their integration feelings;On the other hand,social participation action,interpersonal action and the return of action will also influence these feelings.
