从古典到新古典：西方自由主义的嬗变与启示

自由主义产生于17世纪的英国,后传播到整个西方。它首先应用于政治领域,后扩展到经济领域,先后经历了主张放任主义的古典自由主义时期、主张国家干预的新自由主义时期,后又回归到主张放任主义的新古典自由主义时期。中国在现代化的战略上,不应再重走西方的老路,而应当利用后发优势,在放任的市场经济和国家干预之间找到平衡;在个人权利的保护上,应尽力保障社会生活和政治生活中的少数派的权利。

From the Classical to the New classical: the Changes of the Western Liberalism and It''''s Enlightenments

The Liberalism emerged in Britain in 17 century and disseminated afterwards in the whole West.It was applied in political domain fist and then expanded to economicaldomain.It had three developing periods: the fist was Classical period which advocated laissez-faire,the second was New Liberalism which advocated nation's intervening and the third was New Classical Liberalism which came back to advocated laissez-faire.We shouldn't go through the old road of the West anew in modernization strategy,we should take advantageof our superiorities as a latecomer and find the balance point between laissez-faire andthe nation's intervening.In the aspect of ensuring individual rights,we should make our best of guaranteeingthe rights of the minority in social and political life.
