| 摘 要： | 世界"新经济"是以高新技术发展推动经济增长,把知识经济、信息经济和网络经济有机结合为发展模式的经济.西方一些发达国家已经尝到了"新经济"的甜头,即较快的增长速度、较低的通货膨胀率和较低的失业率.实施西部大开发战略,需要我们站在时代的制高点上,用观察整个世界的眼光,研究"新经济"的特点,借鉴西方发达国家的作法,从而加快西部大开发的步伐.

| Abstract: | New economy' which is a combination of knowledge economy,information economy and network economy aims at developing economy on the basis of advanced technology.Some developed countries in the West have taken advantage of `new economy' and as a result,there are rapid development of economy,low rate of currency inflation and unemployment.Studying the characteristics of `new economy',using the experience of developed countries in the West for reference may speed up opening up the western region of China. |
