| 摘 要： | 哈萨克斯坦在独立前和独立后的民族人口发展实践中,民族人口政策的作用得到彰显。独立前,鼓励生育和移民政策对人口的增加、结构的改变起了重要的作用;独立后,社会经济制度的变化,特别是主体民族人口的发展政策,使其民族结构发生了实质性的改变,这主要是区别民族成分的移民进程造成的。

| Abstract: | after Kazakhstan became an independent country, ethnic population policy has played a vital role in the practices of ethnic population development in the new nation. The ethnic population policies before and after its independence look the same, but they are of great difference in nature. This paper looks at the general law existed in the formation of the ethnic population policy and practices by analyzing and comparing Kazakhstan's ethnic population policy development. |
