| 摘 要： | “以人为本”和谐师生关系是建立和谐社会的要求,是时代的发展和教育改革的必然,也是改善我国当前师生关系的现实需要.要构建“以人为本”和谐师生关系,教师是核心,因此,教师要注意加强自身的修养,更新教育观念,加强师生间的交流,转变对学生评价的方式.

| Abstract: | The "people-oriented" harmonious teacher-student relationship,as a requirement of building a harmonious society,is a necessity in the development of the times and education reform,and also as a realistic demand to improve the current relationship between teachers and students in China.The teacher is the core in building this relationship based on "putting people first".As a consequence,teachers should enhance their own accomplishment,update the educational sense,strengthen the student-teacher communication and change the way that students are assessed. |
