| 摘 要： | 建设和谐师生关系既是实现教育目标的前提,也是遵循教育规律的客观要求。本文从交往条件、交往方式变化的视角分析了高校师生关系的现状和问题,阐述了造成师生关系不和谐的主要原因,并从改进交往方面提出建设和谐师生关系的对策。
