建立我国农村医疗保障制度的思考

农村医疗保障制度的建设,是我国社会保障制度建设的一项重要内容。自建国后,我国就已经建立农村医疗保障制度,但到了改革开放的今天,我国传统的农村合作医疗已经不能适应农村经济发展的需要,面临着严峻的挑战。重新建构我国的医疗保障制度,政府需要重新定位,而且不光要建立正规的医疗保险制度,也要注意医疗救助体系的建立。
