| Abstract: | The education of criminal responsibility to students is not sufficient is an important factor for the high rate of crime committed by high school students.Strengthening the importance of the education for high school students and taking appropriate practical educational measures can help students know the criminal responsibility and adjust to control their own behavior so as to reduce the crimes committed by teenagers. |
