| Abstract: | Since the Forth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee, the third leading group of the CPC Central Committee, regarding Jiang Zemin as the core, has held the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, constantly enriched and developed Deng Xiaoping Theory in the practice of deepening the innovation of the economic system and promoting the modernization drive in an all round way. |
