| 摘 要： | 我国社会经济结构的现代性变革要求与之相适应的政治转型,而来自国家财政、市场化导向以及全球化的压力,则迫使这种转型必须具有更加自觉的战略意识.其中,政党转型与政府转型具有内在的联动性,如何创造新的统治合法性来源不仅事关经济发展之大局,更是政治文明建设的重要内容.

| Abstract: | The modern transformation of China s social and economic structures calls for correspondent political transformation. Pressure from national finance, market orientation and globalization forces this transformation to have more strategic awareness. There exists interactivity between political and governmental transformation. The creation of new sources of political lawfulness is closely related to the overall development of economic development and political and ideological progress. |
