| 摘 要： | 目前我国的国有企业正在进行如火如荼的改革,究竟怎样改革,以什么样的方式进行改革是现今学术界讨论的热点,通过研究国有企业的引入及其性质,进一步研究和探讨我国国有企业的发展历程、存在问题、改革方向,对我国国有企业改革的实践具有借鉴作用。
