| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种测绘准光开放式谐振腔场斑的半自动系统。其优点是使用仪器简单,测试迅速,方便可靠,重复性能好。更重要的是对信号源稳定度要求不高,且能给出场结构的细微变化,对识别开放腔中的基本模式极为方便。

| Abstract: | A semi-automatic system of measuring the field spots in quasi-optical cavities is presented in this paper. The system has such advantagest as simple system, easy operation, rapid measure, high repeatability, and reliable results. It is most important to have not the strict demands in the stability of the signal source and can draw out slight changes of the field distribution. Therefore, one can conveniently distinguish the working mode. |
