| 摘 要： | 以教师专业化为理念,提高教师专业化水平是发达国家教师教育改革的共同趋势;以教师职业专业化为核心,推进教师教育专业化、加强教师的专业理论知识和技能的训练、促进教师培养模式的专业化、加强教师专业精神培养、加强教师教育的一体化是发达国家改革与推进教师教育专业化的具体措施。以教师专业化为理念推进我国中小学教师专业化进程已势在必行。

| Abstract: | It is the common trend in the teachers' educational reform of a developed country to promote the teachers' professional level based on the ideas of the teachers' specialization;Furthering the teachers' educational specialization,strenghening the training of the teachers' professional theory and skills,advancing the specialization of the teachers' training mode,enhancing the development of the teachers' professional spirit,and reinforcing the integration of the teachers' eduation are the specific measures that the reform can be implemented and the teachers' educational specialization can be peomoted in the developed country;it is impreative to advance the teachers' specialization in a primary school and a middle school of China based on the ideas of the teachers' specialization. |
