摘    要:大学生是高校的教育对象,要培养高级人才,必须按照大学生身心发展规律进行教育。文章对大学生的生理和心理特点进行了分析,并阐述了教师在学生成长过程中所起的重要作用。

Abstract:College students are the object of higher education. The talents should be cultivated according to their physical and mental development regulation.
