竞争法与发展中国家经济发展

发展中国家经济体制改革与市场开放政策为其制定竞争法提供了契机。其自身存在的经济和行政垄断、跨国公司在发展中国家的反竞争行为、国际统一竞争规则的缺失、WTO协议规制竞争的局限性以及竞争法在国际经贸活动中的作用日益增大等因素决定了发展中国家应尽快制定符合本国国情的竞争法,同时应积极参与竞争法国际合作,以此为其经济发展创造良好的竞争环境。

Competition Law and Economic Development in Developing Countries

The economic system reform and market access measures in developing countries provide a good chance to establish their competition policies. Because of monopoly of the politically well-connected large businesses, the existence of administrative monopoly, the lack of multilateral regime on competition, limitation of WTO agreements concerning competition regulation etc, there is an urging need for developing countries to establish their own competition regimes according to their own situations, and they should also continue their international cooperation in order to create a favorable competition environment for their economic development.
