当今大学生的诚信危机及其对策

当今大学生的诚信危机现状主要表现为:教育入口(高考)阶段的作弊;教育常规学习阶段的日常行为失范;教育出口(毕业)阶段的制假、毁约。应该特别重视由“不平”、“从众”、“求利”等心理因素构成的大学生诚信危机内源性原因;构建包括德育课、实践设计、教师垂范的诚信教育体系;尤其要通过建立大学生个人诚信档案与奖惩机制,让大学生真正明白诚信确实是人的立身之本,是迈入社会的通行证。

Present-Day College Students''''Credibility Crisis and Its Solutions

Present-day college students' credibility crisis is mainly embodied as follows:(1)cheating in the national college entrance examination;(2)breaking the code of daily conduct in the stage of regular study;and (3)practising deception and breaking promises in the stage of graduation.In view of this situation,we should attach importance to the psychological factors that may lead to the loss of college students' credibility,and establish the credibility education system that includes the course of moral education and the example of teachers.More importantly,we need to set up college students' personal credibility files and their rewards and penalties mechanism,and help them clearly understand that credibility is indeed most important in human relationship.
