浅析北京市民族教育服务体系的建设

北京是多民族杂散居的核心城市。目前在京的少数民族人口持续增长、分布范围广泛、年龄构成年轻化,这些特点对北京市建立完善的民族教育服务体系提出了要求。在相关教育政策的指引下,北京市的民族教育事业取得了长足的发展,但仍存在一些不容忽视的问题,如民族特色彰显不足、部分民族村经济发展滞后、民族教育经费支持力度不足等。要解决这些问题需要从加强资金支持力度、加强民族教师队伍建设、大力发展职业教育等方面采取有效措施,稳步推进北京民族教育服务体系的建设。

Constructing Ethnic Education Service System in Beijing

Beijing is a core city inhabited by various ethnic minorities.Currently,the population of ethnic minorities in Beijing is growing rapidly with a wide distribution and a trend of younger age.These characteristics call for building a perfect ethnic education service system in Beijing.Under the guidance of some education policies,great achievements have been made in ethnic education in Beijing.However,there are still some problems such as lack of ethnic characteristics in education,backward economic development of some ethnic villages and insufficient financial support for ethnic education.In order to steadily promote Beijing′s construction of ethnic education service system,measures should be taken to increase financial input,enhance construction of ethnic teaching team,and promote development of vocational education.
